So this is what happened today.

It all started yesterday when Brian phoned and asked if I was going to be in on Friday at noon.

We arranged a meeting and he said he had a surprise for me and I think it was a little bit inspired by the Greek menu we put together for the month of September at the pub.

Well today Brian showed up with this amazing collage of photos from our very good friend and in Brian’s case his best friend Andy Grammatikos who we lost just under a year ago.

He told me our good friend Eric from Erica Press had graciously put this picture together. I graduated with Eric (40 years) at HSS in 1986.

This folks is what being born and raised in a small town is like. What an amazing gift from a man who is so passionate about our small community of Hope.

Thank you Brian this means the world to us and we can’t wait to find it a home on our walls when the renovations are complete.

Like Brian says, “I’m proud to be from Hope BC”!

Peter James and his piano will be back this Wednesday.
