Hump day got me dreaming of sunny dock sits and these delicious gin cocktails! ☀️

These were a random concoction we came up with that made us feel like we we’re vacationing in Mexico! 🌴

What you need:

Your fave rocks glass
Ice
1 oz Gin (I used Black’s Distillery Small Batch Gin for some floral notes).
1 oz Peach Schnapps
2 oz fresh lime juice
Top with ginger ale

Add all ingredients to your rocks glass and enjoy! We added mint and a dehydrated lime wheel for garnish but fresh or frozen peaches would take this cocktail to the next level! 🤤

Nothing better than not having to set an alarm for the next day, and the next day and the next day!

One more day of easy living before the work week starts all over again. One of my favourite refreshing afternoon cocktails is this yummy Coco-Mint Lemonade with fresh cucumber slices. It’s light and super fresh tasting.
