Summer’s here so we went full on with this week’s theme - NYC hot dog cart! 🌭

Our beef patty is topped with;
Our take on Sabrett style cooked onions
Shredded cheese
Diced tomato
Banana peppers
A tangy spiced mustard and lettuce.

We missed it last week so we thought we’d make something special this week! Following the barbecue theme we kind of went a little crazy.

Our house made beef patty has a Mongolian BBQ glaze, topped with;
Stir fried brocolli and carrot
Crushed peanuts
Agrilled green onion mayo ..as always lettuce and tomato.

This week we’re taking the barbecue theme on an adventure with some interesting flavours!

Our house made beef patty has garlic salt and cracked pepper crust, topped with;
Our Smokey mayo
Pineapple pico de gallo
A sllice of peameal bacon - marinated in an East Carolina inspired spicy sauce
& of course lettuce and tomato.

Is it a jinx to say the nice weather is finally here to stay? Come on down and enjoy a burger and some beers on our patios!

We’re grillin’ this month, so come on down!

This week we decided to grill some chicken so we’ve got a well-seasoned and blackened chicken thigh topped with;
Grilled red onions
Bacon
An Alabama White Barbecue Sauce
& the classic lettuce and tomato combo!

The weather might not be quite there yet, but things are heating up in our kitchen so come down this week and grab this sandwich and some frosty beers!

It’s upon us so for May it’s been decided we’ll make some barbecue inspired features to get you in the mood!

This week we’ve taken our house made beef patty and topped it with;

Cheddar Cheese
Coleslaw
Sweet pickles
& a favourite from features past;
Carolina Golden BBQ sauce..plus the standard lettuce/tomato combo of course.

Is it a coincidence that we’ve unveiled a feature today of all days that’s a tribute to Doritos - the greatest munchie snack of all?

This week we’ve taken our house made beef patty and topped it with cheddar, jalapeño, Nacho chip crusted onion rings, a Sweet Chili Heat inspired mayo and the usual lettuce and tomato.
