Love wine? Cheese? Food? Taking care of people?

You might be exactly who we’re looking for.
We’re adding to our small team at Barton Salumeria. This is for someone who gets excited about a perfectly ripe cheese, a great bottle of wine, a busy Saturday night, and making guests feel genuinely welcome.

Life here is a little bit of everything. You might be plating a charcuterie board, pouring wine, chatting with a table, helping with dishes, or closing down alongside the team at the end of the night. Everyone pitches in, everyone learns, and everyone helps create the experience.

We’re looking for someone curious, hardworking, reliable, and excited to grow their knowledge of food, wine, cheese, and hospitality. Experience in a restaurant, wine bar, café, or hospitality setting is an asset, but passion and attitude matter most.
Friday and Saturday availability, including late-night closes, is essential. Smart Serve and Food Handler certifications required.

Staff meals, pooled tips, ongoing wine and beverage education, and opportunities to contribute and grow.

Meet Délice de Bourgogne, or as I like to call it, “What happens when Brie and butter have a love child in the French countryside”.

This cheese is not just “rich,” it’s “I might have to break up with my gym to eat this” rich.

Hailing from the Burgundy region, this triple-cream cow’s milk is essentially cow’s milk blended with so much extra cream that it tips the scales at over 75% butterfat! It’s basically edible velvet that melts upon contact with air.
