We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll work under the direction of our Head Chef to prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you take pride in your craft and thrive in a kitchen, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Assist with prep work and other tasks as needed
• Ensure consistent presentation and portion sizes

Requirements:
• Proven cooking experience or culinary training preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
