Last weekend, we had the incredible opportunity to bring some of our giveaway winners and NGC team members to YU Ranch in Tillsonburg, Ontario! 🐂

YU Ranch is one of the local farms proudly supported by our restaurants, raising Texas Longhorn cattle and providing us with 100% grass-fed beef that we serve across our restaurants.

Bryan welcomed us to the ranch and took us on a tour, sharing more about his sustainable farming practices and what goes into raising cattle responsibly 🌾

At Borealis, we believe that supporting local farmers means supporting our community. Experiences like this give our team and guests a deeper appreciation for where our food comes from and the incredible people behind it.

We’re so grateful to Bryan for welcoming us and sharing his passion with us ❤️

Here’s to knowing our farmers, supporting local, and celebrating the community that makes what we do possible.
