Sports & Skorts Bingo is back at Jackpot Grill & Events Centre and last year's sold out crowd of 320+ set a high bar.

Tickets: $60 each (includes appetizer & dessert buffet) or $480 for a table of 8

Bingo cards: $30 for a strip of 3, good for all 10 games. Extra cards available.

Raffle tickets: $20 for 25 or $10 for 10

Ten games of themed bingo, raffles, and prizes sourced entirely from local Grande Prairie businesses. This year's theme celebrates sports, fitness, and the outdoors, recognizing how movement, recreation, and time with loved ones bring comfort and connection through the palliative care journey.

Pull on your best skort, grab your team, and come out for a night of friendly competition and good food.

All proceeds support the Alberta Northwest Palliative Care Society's free programs for individuals and families facing life-limiting illness and grief across the Peace Country.

Line Cook – Full Time / Part Time

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our team.

Job Duties
* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
* Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
* Clean kitchen and work areas
* Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
* Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Employment Requirements:

* 1–2 years of experience as a cook or line cook
* Ability to work in a fast-paced / pressure environment
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
* English language ability sufficient to communicate in a kitchen environment
* ⁠Experience preparing Asian-style dishes is an asset
