In 2019 we had a very special super group play our bar called Gables in the Bend. Charlie Colin played bass in the band as many might remember. News just broke that Charlie has passed at age 58 by a fluke accident. He was a friend and will be dearly missed. Our condolences goes out to his beautiful family.

NEWS***

Today we deliver some very sad news. The staff, managers and owners say goodbye.

We gave it our best shot but the best wasn’t good enough to last through the pandemic.

We are very sad that we will be closing the doors and welcoming a new owner to the Colonial and Gables block. After taking a series of unplanned substantial losses in the past year followed by the pandemic hitting us and most other restaurants hard, we felt it was beyond our abilities to keep going. Without advertising or listing the property we had many random offers to sell and we feel that this was the best decision considering the times we are all living in.

Finally a group presented an offer that we felt would keep the integrity of the community and we have accepted the offer. There are several conditions that need to be met but we feel that they will be achieved within days. With this in mind and the extreme loss in daily revenue we have decided to close the doors and wait to see what the new owners have planned for the property in 2021.

We had a lot of fun while it lasted and this was one of the toughest decisions we could have ever made in our lives.
We love you all!

First we must apologize for being MIA all summer. We took a bit of a hiatus to figure out how to move ahead with the world we now live in and recover from the financial losses caused by the NYE fiasco!!! We are happy to say we are moving forward successfully and have some positive news for everyone...

December 31st - NYE is a go at Gables with Honeymoon Suite and Buckcherry.

May 24 - Saturday Night, VIP 1 2020 is a go at Gables!

December 28th we will be granting 100% refunds. Both in person at Gables and online through Eventbrite.

On the same day, ticket purchasers can get one of the above events for free as a 1 for 1 replacement to your ticket purchase.

Please understand that Gables only holds 500 people and we have to satisfy all ticket holders. This is a first come, first served basis. Once the NYE tickets are gone, that's all that will be available.

We want to make it up to everyone that believed in us.

With the records we kept of everyone's names, you will need to show your ID and tickets to receive these FREE replacements.

Another GREAT Christmas Party!
Big thanks to everyone that came out and enjoyed The Modern Gentlemen and Michael Vanhevel perform.
Both were incredible! Thanks to both TMG and Michael for making the evening a magical one.

LOST: A new blue/grey Columbia jacket was taken from the DJ booth last night. If you happened to take it by accident, please drop it off at the Colonial.
