Our guests are loving this cozy large basement area. Perfect for a family - it can sleep 6 - 7 (one king bed that can be split into twin beds, 2 queen beds and a single trundle), a microwave, Keurig and sink area, along with a bathroom.

The mini-fridge is now installed and the cupboard doors are here. This is going to be an amazing coffee bar for coffee lovers. More supplies coming. Brew your favorite cup of coffee and go enjoy it on one of the 3 patios, the private courtyard, the little sitting nook, the family room or the large backyard.

Still some outside work to do, but it is getting there. There are 3 balconies. One very large balcony off the coffee bar room, one large balcony off the master bedroom and one regular size balcony off the 3rd bedroom. Private patio off the 5 bedroom not shown. Still awaiting the delivery of some more patio furniture. Astro-turf still to be laid in the backyard, then will post some pictures of the large fenced yard.
