1. Garlic Butter Steak

Ingredients
• 1 steak (ribeye or strip)
• Salt and black pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
1. Pat the steak dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat.
3. Add the steak and sear for 3–4 minutes per side (medium-rare), or to desired doneness.
4. Lower heat, add butter and garlic, and spoon the melted butter over the steak for 1 minute.
5. Remove from heat, sprinkle parsley, rest for 5 minutes, then serve.

2. Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
• 1 steak (flank or skirt)
• Salt and pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil

Chimichurri Sauce
• ½ cup chopped parsley
• 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• ½ cup olive oil
• Salt and chili flakes (optional)

Instructions
1. Season steak with salt and pepper.
2. Grill or pan-sear steak for 4–5 minutes per side.
3. Mix all chimichurri ingredients in a bowl.
4. Let steak rest for 5 minutes, slice against the grain.
5. Spoon chimichurri over the steak and serve.

• 2 filet mignon steaks
• Salt

Instructions

Meet the Ultimate No-Bake Chocolate Banana Cheesecake Trifle. 2. Ingredients
The Buttery Crust Layer:

2 cups (approx. 250g) Graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits)

1/2 cup (115g) Unsalted butter, melted

The Chocolate Cheesecake Filling:

16 oz (450g) Cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1/2 cup (100g) Granulated sugar

1/3 cup (30g) Unsweetened cocoa powder (sifted)

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 cup (240ml) Heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)

The Layers & Topping:

3-4 Ripe bananas, sliced into coins

1 cup (240ml) Heavy cream (whipped with 1 tbsp powdered sugar for topping)

Garnish: Chocolate shavings, chocolate chips, and extra banana slices.

3. Directions
Prep the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it looks like wet sand. Press half of this mixture firmly into the bottom of a glass trifle bowl or individual serving glasses. Save the rest for layering!

Whip the Cheesecake: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy (about 2-3 minutes). Add the cocoa powder and vanilla, mixing until fully combined and luscious.

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ¼ tsp salt

• Oil for frying

Glaze
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp milk

📝 Ingredients

For the Cake
• 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
• 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
• 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened
• 4 large eggs
• ½ cup (120ml) whole milk
• 2 tsp (8g) baking powder
• 2 tsp (10ml) vanilla extract
• ⅓ cup (30g) cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp (45ml) hot water
• ¼ tsp (1g) salt

For the Chocolate Drizzle
• ½ cup (90g) dark chocolate, chopped
• ¼ cup (60ml) heavy cream



👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the Cake Batter
1. Cream the softened butter and sugar together until pale, light, and fluffy.
2. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
3. Mix in the vanilla extract.

2. Prepare the Dry Ingredients
1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add this dry mixture to the butter mixture in two additions, alternating with the milk.
3. Mix only until combined — do not overmix.

Ultra fudgy brownie base + creamy mini cheesecake layer + salty caramel touch!
A true "chocolate + cheesecake + caramel" dream. ❤️



📝 Ingredients

Brownie Base:
• 120 g butter (melted)
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup flour
• ⅓ cup cocoa powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• ¾ cup chocolate chips

Mini Cheesecake Layer:
• 250 g cream cheese
• 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
• ½ teaspoon vanilla
• ½ cup cream
• 2 tablespoons caramel sauce

For the topping:
• ½ cup caramel sauce
• A pinch of sea salt



👩‍🍳 Preparation

1) Prepare the brownie base
1. Beat the melted butter and sugar until shiny.
2. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until fluffy.
3. Sift in the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder, then fold in with a spatula.
4. Add the chocolate chunks.
5. Pour the batter into a square pan (20x20 cm is ideal).

2) Add the cheesecake layer
1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream, beating until silky smooth.
3. Finally, add the caramel sauce and stir gently (don't mix completely, the marbled look is very chic ✨).
4. Pour this mixture over the brownie batter.

3) Bake
• Bake at 170°C for 28–32 minutes.
(The cheesecake part should gently wobble when lightly shaken—that's the perfect consistency!)

4) Final touches
• Let it rest at room temperature for 1 hour,
• Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
• Drizzle caramel over the top and sprinkle with sea salt. 🤎
