15-MINUTE HEALTHY ROASTED CHICKEN AND VEGGIES
Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
¾ cup yellow onion, chopped
1 small zucchini, chopped
1 ½ cup multi colored bell peppers, chopped
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp Olive Oil
½ tsp Paprika
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 400*
Spray a rimmed baking sheet with a non-stick spray
SECOND STEP:
Place the cut up chicken on the baking sheet
Place all the cut vegetables onto the baking sheet with the chicken
THIRD STEP:
Sprinkle the seasonings on top of the cut up vegetables and chicken
Toss the chicken and vegetables to mix all the ingredients and seasonings
FOURTH STEP:
Place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
FIFTH STEP:
Check to be sure the chicken is done, if not, roast another 5 to 10 minutes
Test the vegetables also for doneness

Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding - OMG😱 DON'T LOSE THIS😋
Ingredients
2/3 c. Minute Rice
2 3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
How To Make Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding
First step : Combine Minute Rice, milk & raisins, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla & nutmeg in a buttered 1 quart baking dish.
Second step : Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 h, stirring after 15 mins & again when pudding is done.
Third step : Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Finally step : Serve warm or chilled. Pudding thickens as it stands.

This is a great yummy summer salad and can stay in your fridge up to 2 months.
4 thinly sliced cucumbers
1-large sliced red onions
1-large sliced green bell peppers
1-tbsp salt
2-cup white vinegar
1 1/2-cups sugar
1-tsp celery flakes
1-tsp red pepper flakes
Mix cucumbers, onions, peppers and salt; set a side.
Put vinegar, sugar, celery flakes and pepper flakes in a pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add 2 handfuls of ice until melted.
Place all veggies in large mouth canning jars (2 quarts or 1 half gallon jar)
Pour mixture over cucumbers, store in refrigerator.
Will keep up to 2 months
Makes 2 quart jars

Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
Alright y'all, for this recipe, you're gonna need:
2 pounds of ground beef
2 cloves of garlic, minced
½ teaspoon of onion powder
1 pound of cooked bacon, cut into pieces
8 eggs
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 (12 ounce) package of shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Now, let's get cookin'!
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2: Heat up a big skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir your ground beef with the garlic and onion powder until it's nice and brown and crumbly, should take around 5 to 7 minutes. Make sure to drain and discard the grease.
Step 3: Spread the beef onto the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole pan. Stir in the bacon pieces.
Step 4: In a separate medium bowl, whisk together your eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until it's all well combined. Then, stir in 8 ounces of your shredded Cheddar cheese.
Step 5: Pour your egg mixture over the beef and bacon in your casserole pan. Then, top it all off with the remaining 4 ounces of cheese.
Step 6: Bake your creation in the preheated oven until it's nice and golden brown on top, should take about 30 to 35 minutes. And there ya have it, enjoy!
