Silva Bay Restaurant & Pub Enjoy fresh local seafood on our large outdoor patio overlooking Silva Bay Marina. Come out and enjoy the view. We also offer traditional pub food.

We have a new menu from our head chef Kellie Callender. The menu features influences from his time spent working and travelling in Bhutan, India and China. Or come in for drinks on the patio, we also offer off-sales for wine and beer. Once we have hired enough staff we will open seven days a week.

Come out Thursday the 13th to the Silva Bay restaurant at 6:30 for dinner and jazz performed by Steve Smith.
Steve Smith won a Downbeat Music Magazine scholarship to and attended the Berklee School of Music in Boston.
He has recently recorded a new CD called Alone Together Again, with Art Ellefson (Alto sax) ,Neil Swainson (bass), and Buff Allen (drums). Steve is presently teaching jazz piano at
Vancouver Island University.
Recently he recorded a LIVE CD at the Toronto’s Ontario Science Centre with his jazz trio for CJRT-FM in Toronto. Also he has recorded a jazz album with the Juno Nominees - Freeflight Big Band and has recorded his own CD called Sky Blues.
Steve has worked with Hagood Hardy, Sam Noto, Lorne Lofsky, Lee Ellefson, Rob Piltch, Pat LaBarbera, Art Ellefson, Dick Smith, Don Englert, Michael Malone, Kathryn Moses, Gary Binsted, Dave Young, Rene Worst & Jennifer Scott, Ken Lister, Bob McLaren, Michael Stuart, Vern Dorge, Pete Pedersen of the Harmonicats, and Marty Morell’s (Bill Evans' Drummer) Latin Jazz Quintet.
