LOL! We got trolled by "NB Beer Memes" on Instagram!!!! But for real, like many startups and small businesses, our plans were severely impacted by COVID-19. We are currently brewing at home and refining our recipes while balancing day jobs before we can make the full transition to full-time brewery! Also if you have any leads on downtown taproom-sized locations for a good price, please let us know!

Hi all, as you know, we were getting ready to open this summer, but due to Covid-19, we've had to postpone our launch... In the meantime we're practicing our homebrewing skills and supporting local. Make sure you buy from your local brewery this weekend!!

Folks, we know we've been radio silent, and that's not OK. Things fell through with our locations so we decided not to post anything until we have everything signed and set in stone.

That said, we CAN guarantee that we will be opening a taproom in January in a prime Downtown Fredericton location! And while at first we won't be able to serve our own beers, we will carry a myriad of guest taps until our small system is set up and we are permitted to sell our delicious offerings!

LIVE BEER!

We received a last-minute offer we couldn't refuse on the old Quizno's location from another business, so we're doing a last-minute venue change! We are excited to say that we will now be operating out of the space that was formerly Read's Newsstand!

Unfortunately this will delay our launch slightly but we're even more excited about this location as it will allow us to set up a small patio for you to enjoy this summer!

It's a beautiful day for some renos! We know we haven't been very active on here but we're still dealing with lots of logistics. Can't wait for that sign to go up and advertise FRESH BEER!

We can say that our first four offerings (once we can finally open) will be the 'RIBS' combo: Red, IPA, Blonde, Stout.

Our red beer is a fresh take on an old classic; the "Riverboat Red" is amber in colour, 6% in ABV, and caramel-y in flavour, but with a subtle Motueka hop addition late in the boil to add some fruit and citrus zing to the palate.

Our IPA will be part of a rotating series where we offer a different IPA sub-style every month. Our first one is a west-coast IPA featuring Cascade hops on the forefront, balanced with west-coast bitterness that will put juicy NEIPAs to shame for their general lack of said bitterness. "Returning East IPA" sits at 6.3% ABV.

The blonde is an easy-going drink for people who are relatively new to craft beer. "Beginner's Blonde" sits at 4.8% ABV. Clean, inoffensive, but with some lemon notes on the palate, we hope to convert macro drinkers to micro drinkers with this one.

The "St. John River Stout" is a creamy 5.6% milk stout made with roasted cocoa nibs, lactose, and a subtle hint of Java Moose coffee beans. It will be served on nitro! Like the St. John river, it is dark brown... 'Nuff said.
