Fall has arrived at Namaste Fredericton. 🍂

And with it, a menu built around the flavours we crave as the weather begins to cool.

This season brings crispy cauliflower with sweet maple and a little chilli heat. Slow-cooked lamb, butternut squash and fragrant biryani spices. Smoky clay-oven roasted eggplant layered with cinnamon, clove and cardamom.

Warm, aromatic, a little indulgent — and unmistakably fall.

At the bar, the season continues with our Autumn Equinox and Pumpkin Spiced Espresso Martini.

For this year’s NB Wild Blueberry FlavourFest, we’re celebrating one of New Brunswick’s signature ingredients with two limited-time creations.

Blueberry Coconut Naan
Clay-oven baked naan filled with coconut and rich cream, topped with our house-made NB wild blueberry sauce and finished with a drizzle of honey.

Blueberry Monsoon
A refreshing blend of Thuya Gin, fresh NB wild blueberries, lemon and a touch of sweetness, shaken with mint and finished with soda.
