The restaurant has been closed down and the buildings are being prepared for the sale of the property.
A few pertinent details of the property:
-Taxes $2971.39
-Heating is natural gas. Cost is undeterminable because the restaurant used a lot of gas in cooking appliances
-Hydro cost is also undeterminable because of all the restaurant freezers and coolers
-Water system is Health Department-approved; water supply is unlimited, supplied by spring-fed Cold Creek
-Septic system is 7 years old, consisting of a 2000 gal. concrete tank, 300 gal. pump tank, and septic bed at the top of the hill. It is sized for a restaurant.
-All plumbing & heating is 7 years old.
-Commercial digital instantaneous high-efficiency water heater
-Large high-efficiency space heater
- Gas fireplace in master bedroom
-Commercial high-efficiency Grundfos self-contained pump requires no external tank, and operates on demand to supply continuous water pressure to the buildings
-200 amp service and wiring 10 years old
-Sistern in basement is continually topped up by mill pond, requiring no pump
-All new board & batten (painted) siding on both buildings.
-All new 3/4" pine on all interior walls of both buildings.
