Shuswap Cider Co. We are a farm based cidery nestled along the Shuswap River. We craft unique, modern ciders using fruit and botanicals from our farm and around the Shuswap.

1oz. Tequila Blanco 5oz. Triple Sec5oz. lime juice5oz. Pineapple juice
4-5 oz. Pineapple Black Garlic Cider

Salt the rim of your glass, fill glass half full of ice, add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, pineapple juice and top off with cider. Stir and Enjoy!

Full disclosure you can't currently order these drinks at the cidery. We are waiting for our full lounge license so for now we thought it would be fun to share our unique recipes and you can use our cider to make them at home!
