1000 ways to make bannock your Kokum only knows 1!!!
The Starter -Mini Smash Pan Bannock, Current Berry spiced Bison bathed in a cherry ginger ale Tomato sauce, Mirin Balsamic and Apple Cider pickled Purple Cabbage and a chief’s dollop of Redwine Spiced Sour Crème. Dish 2 was a unique pizza like no other. The Bison Meat loafarroni’s buffalo mozzarella sweet spiced crust and basil marinated peppers left us ready for a wild evening of singing dancing and stand up comedy. This was Last nights Staff and Customer tasting experience. We had so much fun last night. Some how it became a karaoke dance party and we were lucky to have some real entertainers in the house. We laughed oh wow did we ever laugh. And we even had another chef bust out some Aunt Blondie’s secret Scone to finish our night.
