👾 ARTIST SPOTLIGHT 👾

We can’t wait to have Lo on direct support for our Halloween show with HIJINX

Inspired by the West Coast music scene that raised her, Lofreq has spent the past decade making waves across western Canada. From clubs to festival stages, she displays a true love for djing by delivering technically driven sets that are intentional and inspired by her passion for sound system music.

As a seasoned dubstep head with a love for reggae, grime, and hip-hop, Lofreq seams together sounds that pay homage to the music, the culture and the generations of artists who laid the foundation before us. Balancing a love for the classics with a hunger to seek out what’s fresh, her sets move fluidly between the foundations of dubstep and the many sounds and genres that have evolved from it.

With humble beginnings in the underground, Lofreq continues to push her sound forward while staying true to her roots. Wherever she goes, she brings a deep respect for sound system culture, a commitment to her craft, and an intention to spread the love of music through versatile sets that shake speakers.
