Creamy, salty, tangy, bright… think of it as a spinach dip and the pita already assembled 🧠

Our Cubano stacks Mojo roasted pork, Black Forest ham, pickles, mustard and melty cheese on toasted bread.

Starting tomorrow at lunch, our newest monthly features are ready to hit your patio table at ODD Company Ritchie!

🦐 Shrimp Roll
Belgian Tripel-poached shrimp tucked into a fresh-baked hoagie bun with spicy aioli, double-smoked bacon, crisp lettuce, and tomato. Saucy, bright, and you’ll probably ask yourself, “How am I supposed to eat this?” But you do.

🍕 Prosciutto Arugula Pizza
House-made cold-fermented dough, pizza sauce, fior di latte, silky prosciutto, peppery baby arugula, and shaved Pecorino Romano. Salty, fresh, and made to disappear alongside a sunny pint or two.
