Light straw jn colour, it opens up with soft aromas of vanilla, oak, and honey, then rolls into cooling notes of grass and aloe with a touch of sweetness, finishing in a gentle, warming black pepper linger.

A rare Alberta-aged Reposado Tequila, shaped by two places. Distilled with our partners in Jalisco, Mexico, then aged just under a year in bourbon barrels at Shiddy’s Distilling in Edmonton. Not typical. That’s the point.
It took us a minute to get it right. Carefully blended. Hand-labelled. Unique, and limited.
