Soundcheck '26: A Youth Variety Show was a shining moment in our spring season when Cowichan youth claimed the stage! From organizing the artist line-up to operating sound and lights, the event was a huge success for our Youth Committee and young performers.

Another sold-out Vancouver Island theatre show - thank you, Duncan! The Cowichan Performing Arts Centre was packed with people ready to share in the music magic, and you brought the festive rock and roll energy that transforms this symphony setting into an arena rock experience. Famous for big sound, and you brought big energy to match!

It's always inspiring to see how small and medium-size communities attract such incredible crowds, with many people treating these gigs as holiday destinations and traveling great distances to be here. Big thanks to our friends from Victoria The Needful Music for delivering a great opening set.

The soundtrack of summer fun is already in the air, and the Massive Trooper Touring Machine™ will head to the Town of Devon AB next for Devon Days on June 6th.
