We are delighted to welcome back DJ Jewel Aldea who has just returned from an inspiring journey to the birthplace of tango — Buenos Aires!

Fresh from the milongas, dance halls, and vibrant tango culture of Argentina, DJ Jewel brings renewed energy, musical inspiration, and a suitcase full of tango memories to share with us on the dance floor.

Join us as we celebrate the spirit of Buenos Aires right here in Ottawa and welcome our returning Jewel back to the Milonga de la Confesión family.

Dear Tango Friends,

We are delighted to welcome a very special guest to Ottawa — DJ Tu from Ho Chi Minh City ( Saigon ) Vietnam — who will be visiting our community and playing at Art Motion Dance Studio Ottawa Milonga on Friday May 29th.

DJ Tu is recognized as one of the pioneering tango DJs in the local tango scene of Ho Chi Minh City. Over the years, she has shared her musical passion at festivals and marathons throughout Vietnam, as well as internationally, including Brisbane, Australia, and most recently Toronto, Canada.

Her musical journey, dedication to tango culture, and international experience bring a beautiful connection between tango communities across continents. This is a wonderful opportunity for Ottawa tangueros and tangueras to experience her unique musical interpretation and warm energy on the dance floor. Let's warmly welcome DJ Tu to our Ottawa tango community. Let us share an evening of beautiful embraces, inspiring tandas, friendship, and unforgettable dancing.
