We are keeping our eye on the garden and at the local markets for all the fresh produce we will be using on the menu.
So far you can count on the following:
butternut squash from Wild Rose Farm
habanero & aji amarillo peppers from Strattons Farm
rhubarb, strawberry, flowers and black currant from our home garden & local markets
tomato & cucumbers from Driftwood Greenhouse
plenty of herbs from the Lazy Bear Brewing garden.

That is just a glimpse of some of the local features on the menu!
