McKenna Delesky is a local mom, friend and community supporter who has been battling a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer for over a year. After multiple surgeries, treatments and more than any family should ever have to face, McKenna and her family are continuing the fight and pursuing international cancer treatment.

Show your support on Friday, October 16 in Co-op Mercer Hall for an evening of good food, live music and an incredible community coming together for an important cause.

Both forums will take place at Co-op Mercer Hall in the Ovintiv Events Centre and will provide residents with an opportunity to hear directly from candidates seeking election as councillors and mayor. Candidates will discuss key municipal issues, share their priorities for the community, and participate in moderated discussions ahead of election day.

Both evenings will be moderated by This Week in Dawson Creek publisher Rob Brown, who has facilitated municipal candidate debates throughout the South Peace and Western Canada for nearly three decades, including Dawson Creek's 2018 and 2022 election forums.

All officially registered candidates will be invited to participate.
