Bad news : we will be closed this Saturday and Sunday for an extra long weekend of rest.

Good news: new Spring dishes are on the way and the patio makes its return Tuesday.

It’s been such a joy sharing our love of the Québec diner with you all.

These are the last two days we will be serving our special casse-croûte menu. We will then be closed for brunch Sunday April 26 to give staff an extra day of rest before reopening with the regular menu Tuesday.

We can’t help but get sentimental this time of year, remembering that Glenn can’t be here to share what he had always hoped we would one day serve.

Side Hustle Casse-Croûte is open for business. From now until April 25, we’re serving up all our favourite Quebec snack bar favs.

We will be open daily at noon even including Sunday when we will be serving up burgers instead of eggs.

This week is wildly busy for us and we want to ensure you have the best experience possible. During peak hours when the restaurant is full, there may be a wait for food. We can only smash so many burgers at once! You may even need to wait for a table. If crowds aren’t your thing, a weekday visit looks best. Like always, we do not take reservations. We may also pause take out during peak hours. Please plan accordingly.

Like always, burger bash is about raising money for . Eat a burger while helping to put food on someone else’s table. Win win.

It takes a lot to make the magic happen so starting Tuesday April 14 and continuing through burger bash, we will open at 12 pm daily.

For now, cauliflower. But soon, burgers burgers burgers.
