Went back to my roots. Brewed a crazy overhopped northwest style IPA yesterday. Over 12 oz of hop pellets in a 20 liter pilot batch.

I just bottled my second version of my Caliente Saison. Finished at 1.002. Much closer to what I'm trying to make. For this one I used the Mad Fermentalists Saison blend.
