Olive 'R Twist Creamy Caesar Dressing
(Yield 1 Gallon)
5 Eggs
2 L olive oil
0.5 C. red wine V
0.25 C. vinegar
2 lemons (juiced)
2 T. Worchestershire
2 T. Frank's Hot sauce
1 C. grainy dijon mustard
0.5 C. creamy dijon mustard
S/P
2 C. garlic
(whip eggs, add oil slowly until doubled, add rest of ingredients & mix well)
