September has arrived, and things are beginning to shift around here.

Starting September 18, we will move into our fall/winter hours at the tasting room, which will be Thursday–Sunday, 12–6pm. This means there are only two Wednesdays left to come spend an afternoon with us this year!

Also... harvest begins for us this Friday! You may see a little more action around the vineyard over the next few weeks, like tractors driving around, bins coming and going, and grapes making their way into the winery.

If you’re visiting us during harvest, please follow the parking signs and keep an eye out for tractors. We do need a little extra room to move around the property this time of year.

It’s one of our favourite times of year. The tasting room is still open, the vineyard is busy, and the 2026 vintage is officially beginning. So, come grab a glass, find a spot in the wine garden, and you might get to watch the harvest season unfold around you. I have to say, its a pretty special time to be here.

Before harvest takes over lives (ahhhh its almost here), we’re squeezing in one last summer evening together. Come join us for 'The Last Sprtiz of Summer' on Friday, September 4, from 4–9pm!

This was our first summer open in the new tasting room, and it’s been such a memorable past few months. We’ve loved seeing this little place of ours fill up week after week, and getting to see all of you sipping our wines has been a dream come true. So... we thought this deserved a proper end of summer little celebration.

We are so excited to welcome gustomio.ca for their first pop-up with us. New to the Valley, Gusto Mio creates authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas, served from a vintage Piaggio Ape. Yes, so fun! He will have 6 differnt delicious pizza options available to purchase on-site throughout the evening. You won't want to miss it.

At the bar, we’ll of course be pouring our wines, but we're also be offering three Spritzes made with our sparkling wine: Aperol; Limoncello; and Modenese!

Pizza, spritz, wine, and the vineyard at the end of summer and one more evening together before the chaos of harvest begins! We hope to see you there!!

After years of growing and experimenting, we’ve finally landed on three distinct expressions of L’Acadie that we feel allow this beautiful grape and the place they are grown to shine. Each wine is 100% estate grown right here in our vineyard, and ALL three are releasing this Saturday, August 15!!

Three wines. One grape. Three different expressions through winemaking and soil plots.

L’Acadie 2025
This is the newsest release of our flagship wine. Grown on our main vineyard plot, planted in 2016 in alluvial soil. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. This vintage is bright, aromatic and full of fresh orchard fruit.

Les Galets 2025
From our original L’Acadie plot, planted in 2012 in an old riverbed where large river stones run throughout the soil. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. Differing from the 2023 vintage, we've chosen to use only stainless steel to capture and showcase the crisp, citrus, and distinctly mineral quality of this particular plot.

Les Bosquets 2025
From our main 2016 vineyard plot. Fermented in stainless steel, then aged for four months in French oak. Similar in style to our oaked 2023 Les Galets, this wine is a richer, smoother expression of L’Acadie with beautiful texture, baked apple, and a subtle touch of vanilla.

To celebrate their release, we’ll be offering a very special L’Acadie Flight option on Saturday and Sunday, Including these three new wines alongside our L’Acadie Pét-Nat, so you can taste four expressions of this grape side by side. So fun!

We’ll also have a limited number of L’Acadie 4-packs — one bottle of each of these wines tucked into one of our custom wine totes for a special release price of $100 + tax, this weekend only!

And to make things extra EXTRA special, on Saturday, the lovely Nadine will be popping up in the tasting room with her beautiful flower bar!! Build your own bouquet with freshly cut, locally grown flowers from Flower Farm!

Happy August!! To celebrate this last full month of summer, we are adding two new bubbles to our line up.

Our L'Acadie Pét-Nat is back with our 2025 vintage, joined by an exciting new addition... our very first Pinot Gris Pét-Nat 2025! (Such a cute couple!)

Made in the pétillant naturel style, both wines were fermented using only wild, ambient yeasts, then bottled just before fermentation was complete to allow the final bit of fermentation to occurr naturally in the bottle, creating all those beautifully refreshing bubbles. Nothing was added to these wines, just pure fermented grapes.

The L'Acadie and Pinot Gris Pét-Nats will both be available in the tasting room beginning tomorrow, and are available to order online now. So come have a sip and stock up on your summer bubbles while theres still time!

Pinot Gris Pet-Nat 2025 was made using 100% Pinot Gris grapes farmed on our 0.5 acre plot planted in 2012 in alluvial soil. Grapes were left to soak overnight on the skins after destemming and crushing. Fermented with ambient yeasts in stainless steel. Left to age 8 months on the lees, before disgoringing in June, 2026.

In your glass, aromas of raspberry tart, rhubarb, and lime zest open into a beautifully full-bodied, dlightly off dry palate with creamy red berry fruit, delicate pastry notes, and a refreshing citrus finish.

L'Acadie Pét-Nat 2025 was made using 100% L'Acadie grapes farmed in our 0.5 acre Creekside vineyard planted in 2012 in alluvial soil. Grapes were destemmed, crushed and gently pressed. Fermented using only ambient yeasts in stainless steel. Disgorged in December, 2025.

In your glass, bright aromas of apricot, yellow plum, biscuit, and lemon lead into a crisp, lively palate with vibrant citrus and a delicate mineral finish.

Get your dancin' shoes on! We're having a little outdoor summer-time-electro-sunset-dance party!

On Saturday, August 8, from 6:00–9:00 PM, we're bringing together music, wine, and the golden glow of a summer sunset.

Enjoy an outdoor DJ set by Scott Van Boeyen, sip your favourite wines, and dance away as the sun sets over the vineyard.

Weather permitting, this event will take place outdoors.

The new releases just keep coming... Joining our WILD lineup this Wednesday is the very first ever still Adorn!

Last season's long, warm growing season gave us the opportunity to create something we've never made before. Crafted from 100% Dornfelder, this juicy, chillable red was naturally fermented with only ambient wild yeasts, bottled unfined and unfiltered in May, 2026.

Meant to be served chilled, this Adorn is bright, juicy, and wonderfully refreshing. Expect aromas of plum, raspberry, and red licorice, followed by vibrant dark red fruit on the palate, lifted by a hint of orange zest and a subtle peppery finish. Sooooo goooood!

Available beginning Wednesday in the tasting room and online today. We can't wait for you to try this one!

It's back!!!

Our 2025 La Crescent has officially landed in the tasting room after selling out of our last vintage, and we're so excited to have it back on the shelves!!

Made from 100% estate-grown La Crescent, this wine comes from our sustainably farmed one-acre vineyard planted in 2018. The grapes were hand-harvested in early October, gently pressed, thenl fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the variety's vibrant aromatics and fresh character.

The result is a beautifully expressive white with fragrant notes of mango, peach, and jasmine blossom. Slightly off-dry and wonderfully rounded, it finishes with bright lime acidity and a delicate saline minerality that keeps every sip refreshing.

Summer is officially here, and we couldn't think of a better time to welcome this wine back. Stop by the tasting room for a taste this week and bring home a bottle (or two, or three, or four...)

It's the moment many of you have been waiting for... our very first-ever Pinot Noir Wild is here!

This bright, chillable red was crafted from Pinot Noir grapes hand-harvested on October 9, de-stemmed, crushed, and left on the skins for three days before gently pressing. Naturally fermented using only ambient wild yeasts in stainless steel, it was bottled unfined and unfiltered in May 2026.

A fresh take on Pinot Noir, meant to be served chilled, just like a rosé. Bright aromas of strawberry and cherry lead into a lively palate layered with fresh cranberry and a zesty grapefruit finish. Vibrant, refreshing, and incredibly easy to enjoy on a warm summer evening. This just might be your new favourite summer red!

Releasing tomorrow in the tasting room (stop by for a taste!) and online. With only 125 cases produced, this one won't last long...
