Savour our delicious Three-Course Turkey Dinner from October 9-12.

Appetizer:
Butternut Squash Soup
Velvety butternut squash soup finished with a warm spiced crema.

Main Course:
Traditional Roast Turkey Dinner
Tender slices of turkey breast and succulent dark meat, served with savoury house gravy, buttermilk garlic mashed potatoes, maple-roasted carrots, and our house-made citrus cranberry sauce. Winter savoury dressing.

Dessert:
Redwater’s Sticky Date Pudding
Warm sticky date pudding drizzled with rich caramel sauce and served with creamy vanilla bean ice cream.

Get into the spirit of October with our spooky Wicked Spirits Cocktail Mix-Off entry!

The Crypt Cordial is dark, vibrant, and dangerously delicious. It combines Deep Roots Vodka with St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, vanilla bean simple syrup, and muddled blackberries for a perfectly balanced mix of tart, sweet, and floral flavours.

Finished with a dramatic black sugar rim, this cocktail is as hauntingly beautiful as it is refreshing.
