Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our growing hospitality team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping keep a busy operation running smoothly. Experience is an asset, but attitude matters most — everything else can be taught.

What We’re Looking For

Positive & personable — willing to engage with coworkers and customers and contribute to a positive workplace.
Communicative — able to connect staff, management, and customers and keep information flowing.
Organized — comfortable coordinating reservations, events, schedules, and resources across different departments.
Administratively capable — comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, forms, records, and gathering customer feedback.
Flexible — hospitality isn’t always 9–5. Some evenings and weekends will be required.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate events, reservations, and scheduling.
Help oversee marketing campaigns and measure their success.
Gather customer and staff feedback and identify opportunities to improve.
Assist and serve customers when needed.
Maintain repair and maintenance logs, schedule service, and follow up on completion.
Help keep communication and day-to-day operations organized.
