It’s time to introduce our entry for the Castlegar Burger Month! Available starting TODAY, October 1st.

The Brie & Pear Affair 🍐🍔
Our hand-pressed beef patty topped with creamy Brie, sweet poached pear and peppery arugula tossed in a rich balsamic reduction. Finished with savoury bacon onion jam, crunchy hickory sticks and our garlic aioli, all stacked on a toasted brioche bun.

All burgers are $19 (+tax, no side) and are available at participating restaurants. Support your local businesses and cast your votes on the Castlegar News website! 🗳️
