Overview:
Seeking a motivated, physically capable, and organized individual for a brewery assistant role at our brewery in Carleton Place, Ontario.
Core responsibilities:
Assist in the production of high quality German-inspired lagers and ales
Clean and sanitize cellar and brewhouse vessels, kegs, and packaging equipment
Assist in brewhouse, cellar, and packaging
General cleaning, organization, and maintenance
Follow safety and quality procedures
Beer delivery to bars, restaurants, and retail points of sale
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
Ability to safely lift and move up to 50+ kgs regularly
Ability to work safely in hot, cold, wet, and dusty conditions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Good written and verbal communication skills required
Prior experience in brewery, dairy, winery, delivery, warehouse, or other production preferred
Schedule:
Full time and part-time available starting immediately
Flexible scheduling including early shifts and occasional weekends
Compensation:
$22-25/hr based on experience
