Art Lessons Art Lessons Thanks for your interest in classes. Parents can drop their kids off 5 minutes early. Kids should be atleast 2years old. I teach in Oil.

FOR KIDS:
Group classes are offered:
Wednesdays 10 to 11am =$15/hour
Fridays 10 to 11am = $15/hour
Saturdays 9 to 10am = $25/hour

Children's Group Lessons are $15 per kid- includes all materials. Children will learn proper visual arts vocabulary and will produce paintings. Most days materials include non-toxic tempera, glue, scissors and some collage. Kids are free to paint as they please, free f

rom my hand or 'direct' influence. 8 young students in the studio at a time is my limit. My son who is 22months old and will participate in most mid week classes. Kids should come in painting cloths. FOR ADULTS:
Group classes $50 for 2hours. Other wise its $65 for the two hours privately. It is $75 for 2/h if I supply all materials. On Weeknights I offer classes from 7:15 to 9:30. Acrylic is ok, but I prefer oil. We start with some colour theory, then still-life and then its wide open ~ usually landscape. I teach at my home studio at 10 Railway ave in Canmore.
