“Ain’t We Got Fun? is a brand-new musical comedy bursting with vintage songs, big personalities, show-stopping dance numbers and all the chaos of life backstage.

When a theatre suddenly finds itself without a leading man, rising star Jane needs a new romantic co-star and fast. The only problem? Her fiercely devoted, hilariously overbearing grandmother Olive is convinced that absolutely no man in the theatre is good enough for her granddaughter. As a parade of increasingly outrageous leading-man hopefuls arrives to audition, Olive does everything in her power to protect Jane, while Jane begins to wonder whether the perfect leading man might be closer than anyone realizes.

Starring Maralyn Ryan, Cam Chapman, Jesse Drwiega and Tia Ferlizza, Ain’t We Got Fun? is a fast, funny love letter to the great backstage movie musicals favourites including “Crazy Rhythm,” “Ain’t We Got Fun,” “Somebody Loves Me,” “It Had to Be You,” “Let’s Get Lost” and more. Full of romance, tap dancing, larger-than-life characters and a grandmother who refuses to stay out of the way, it’s an old-fashioned musical comedy with a brand-new twist.”

We’re so excited and hope you make the journey off Main Street and over to 1800 8th Ave where this beautiful reimagining musical of Anne of Green Gables awaits- but for two weeks only!!

Hold on to your petticoats and dust off your dancing boots—OH, ANNE! is a brand new musical adaptation (based on the novel) August 21- September 6, 2026. This fast-paced, laugh-out-loud musical reimagines the beloved Canadian classic Anne of Green Gables with a rollicking East Coast twist: Fiddles fly, tempers flare, and the redhead with the fiery spirit brings Avonlea to life like never before. It’s a stompin’, rompin’ good time that’ll have you rolling in the aisles—or up on your feet dancing!

Performed by 4 incredible high-energy actors playing dozens of roles, this whirlwind of heart and hilarity is powered by the infectious rhythms of Maritime music.

You are reading this right, a new Canadian musical inspired by the story of the Hawkins Cheezie. It’s remarkable, it’s amazing and there is a reason that this delicous salty and ridiculously cheezie snack has become a symbol of national pride.

Step back to 1957 in Belleville, Ontario, where the staff of the newly opened Hawkins Plant welcome you inside- just for a day. Ron, Gord, Cheryl and Jen take you on a journey you won’t forget anytime soon.

With book and lyrics by Bridget Ryan and original score by Morgan McKee, it’s our loving unofficial love letter to this country, to innovation and determination, and to that guiltily-delicious salty snack.

Impossible to believe that we are in our final week of a completely sold out 6 week run of Hear Comes The Sun ☀️ These four, wildly talented and brilliant performers have brought Canmore audiences to their feet nightly! It has been SUCH an honour having them in our theatre and now in our hearts!! They leave us to continue on in other shows across the country - to continue share their brilliance! Follow them on insta- find them! Support them! And hopefully they’ll all find their way back to the 😉 In the mean time…’in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make’❤️❤️ ( there are a few tickets left Sunday matinee… grab ‘em if you can)
