Thank you to everyone who joined us for our most recent Winemaker's Dinner. These evenings are always a highlight on our calendar, bringing together incredible food, remarkable wines, and memorable conversations around the table.

From her early days as a server to now leading as Food & Beverage Supervisor, her 7.5-year journey with The Stirling reflects a genuine passion for hospitality done right. Originally from Ukraine and now a Canmore local for over a decade, she brings care, precision, and a warm, thoughtful approach to every guest experience.

She’s someone who truly values the details, the quality, the service, and most of all, the people behind it.

And outside of the dining room, she’s just as impressive. Antonina is also a professional belly dancer, bringing that same level of discipline and artistry to her craft.
