We’ve got a spot open at Nhau for a Dishwasher / Prep Cook, part-time and full-time are available.

💰 $19.50/hour + tips

You don’t need tons of experience. If you’re dependable, willing to learn, don’t mind getting your hands dirty, and can keep up with a busy kitchen, we’d be happy to meet you.

There’s currently construction happening around Shoppers Row / 16th Ave, which may cause some delays getting to Nhậu.

We recommend taking an alternate route and giving yourself a few extra minutes on the way over.

The good news: we’re open as usual and the food is still worth the detour 😉

It feels like summer always goes by too fast.
This year, it felt a lot like our Vietnamese food. A little sweet, a little sour, a little spicy. Full of contrasts that somehow still belong together.
There were days that made us smile, and days that tested us. Opportunities we had to let go of, hoping the right ones would come along. Mistakes we wish we hadn't made, but lessons we wouldn't have learned otherwise.
One thing this summer reminded me is that life isn't here to punish us. It gives us room to stumble, so we can find a better way forward.
Maybe that's why I love Vietnamese cooking so much. It's never about perfection. It's about balance. A little of everything, coming together to create something meaningful.
