I haven’t had our Cà Ri Gà in a while, and today it completely caught me off guard again 😍
The broth is rich without feeling heavy, the chicken so tender it almost falls apart, and there’s something about dipping warm bread into that curry that just slows everything down for a second.
Ended up being the kind of lunch that gives you energy for the rest of the day. It was comforting, filling, and honestly way too easy to crave again tomorrow!

The days are stretching out, and there’s a softness in the air that feels like summer easing its way in.

April’s been feeling a little lighter lately. More sun, a bit of warmth, people lingering a little longer.
Our Lavender Berry Lemonade kind of sits right in that mood.
Blueberry pomegranate, lavender, lemon, soda… fresh, a little floral, not too sweet.
It’s the kind of drink you have when you’re starting to feel like yourself again.
Or at least, getting there.
April always feels like a quiet reset.

Some days, you don’t need anything fancy, you just need something warm, steady, and honest.

Our Phở Gà is made to feel that way. A clear, comforting chicken broth, gently simmered with ginger and spices, poured over soft rice noodles and tender chicken, cooked slowly to keep it soft and juicy. Finished with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lime… simple, but thoughtful.
Lately, we’ve been reminded that life feels a lot like this bowl. It doesn’t have to be perfect to be good. It doesn’t have to be loud to be meaningful.
We’re learning to let go of what we can’t control, to forgive a little easier, and to find comfort in the small, everyday moments, like a quiet bowl of Phở Gà.
