Together we own a wonderful piece of land in a walkable neighbourhood, a thoughtful architectural design, an approved development permit from the City of Calgary, and have hired an experienced professional team. Our Story

Do you dream of a more connected and sustainable life? Looking for a place to raise kids, where they can play inside or out without a worry?

Cohousing is a community of private homes clustered around shared space, with a sustainable and people-oriented design. It combines the advantages of private homes with the benefits of more sustainable and supportive living, including shared common facilities and spontaneous connections with neighbours.

Mosaic Village Cohousing consists of 12 households who are planning, laughing, collaborating, sharing meals (and the occasional beer) while we co-create Calgary’s latest human-friendly, urban cohousing community. We are well on our way to making this dream a reality in beautiful Bowness, and are looking for our future neighbours.
