BURWOOD GRAPEFRUIT LEMONGRASS GIN SOUR ✨🍋
A perfect long weekend drink! It’s bright, refreshing, and perfectly balanced — this one is a citrus lover’s dream.

Ingredients:
🥃 2 oz Burwood Grapefruit Lemongrass Gin
🍋 ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
🍊 ½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
🍯 ½ oz simple syrup
🥚 1 egg white (optional)
🧊 Ice

Shake: Dry shake first if using egg white, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe or over fresh ice and garnish with a grapefruit peel. 🍊

Cheers to a little citrus, a little sweetness, and a whole lot of Burwood!

You asked, we listened! We’ve added an additional cask blending class every month, giving you even more opportunities to experience the art of wh**ky making firsthand.

Join us for a 2-hour, behind-the-scenes experience where you’ll tour our distillery, learn how we ferment, distill, and age our spirits, and taste rare and unreleased wh**ky straight from the cask.

Then it’s your turn. Using what you’ve learned, you’ll select from casks chosen by our team and create your very own custom wh**ky blend to take home.

Whether it’s a date night, a day with friends, or a solo adventure, this experience is the perfect way to dive deeper into the craft of wh**ky.

THE BEE WHISPERER OLD FASHIONED 🥃🍯

A classic made with a Canadian Spirit of the Year, and a little bartender trick to make it look even better.

THE OLD FASHIONED
🥃 2 oz Burwood Bee Whisperer Alberta Prairie Wh**ky
🍯 ¼ oz honey syrup
✨ 2–3 dashes Angostura bitters
🍒 Bourbon cherries

Add the wh**ky, honey syrup and bitters to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled, then strain over ice into your glass. Garnish with some cherries 🙌🏻

PRO TIP: Want that cool split look in your glass? Add a little water to the bottom of your rocks glass and place it at a slant in the freezer until completely frozen. When you pour in your Old Fashioned, you’ll get that seriously satisfying angled ice effect.

Strawberry Rhubarb Cloud G&T
Made with our popular Burwood Rhubarb Gin

A summer twist on a dreamy G&T, made with Burwood Rhubarb Gin — a limited-edition summer release with bright, juicy rhubarb notes that pair beautifully with strawberry, elderflower and lemon.

The first batch of Burwood Rhubarb Gin sold out, so if you’ve been waiting to get your hands on it, now’s the time! 🌿🍓

Strawberry Cloud G&T:

1½ oz Burwood Rhubarb Gin
½ oz elderflower liqueur
½ oz fresh lemon juice
¼ oz strawberry simple syrup
Tonic water
2 oz heavy whipping cream
½ oz strawberry simple syrup
Freeze-dried strawberry powder
Fresh strawberry, for garnish

Directions:
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add Burwood Rhubarb Gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and strawberry syrup. Top with tonic, leaving a little room, and gently stir.

For the cloud topping, combine whipping cream and strawberry simple syrup in a mixing glass. Froth until thick and creamy, then gently spoon or pour over the top of your drink. Finish with a fresh strawberry 🍓
