A new rhythm in the Alvin’s kitchen. 🎷

Allow us to reintroduce Chef Ivan Montealto, now stepping into the role of Executive Chef at Alvin’s Jazz Club.

A Calgary-based chef and SAIT Culinary graduate, Ivan brings experience from some of the city’s top kitchens. With a background in elevated dining, bold flavours, and high-volume service, his approach is thoughtful, precise, and full of intention.

We’re also excited to celebrate Jherliza Macaraig, who is moving into the role of Sous Chef. Her passion, focus, and dedication bring so much to the kitchen, and we’re proud to see her step into this next chapter.

Please join us in congratulating Chef Ivan and Chef Jherliza as they lead the Alvin’s kitchen into its next era. 🎶
