Champs fan’s!! We have home-made Bitterballen’s coming up mid week for our Climb special!
You won’t find these on many menus out there as these tasty Dutch meatballs are time consuming to prep!
Bitterballen’s are a Dutch meat-based snack, made by making a very thick stew thickened with roux, beef stock, and generously loaded with meat dipped in mustard and paired with cold beer! Don’t miss out!
