Before a new menu officially hits the table, we wanted to pull up a few extra chairs to test it out.

Last week, we invited a small group of friends and regulars in for a tasting panel: an opportunity to get hands-on feedback on our new (and soon-to-launch) dishes and drinks, first impressions, honest notes, and some very serious scorecards.

Some favourites emerged. Some ideas went back to the kitchen. All of it helped us sharpen what’s coming next.

The final menu is almost ready - and soon, it’ll be your turn to pull up a chair.
