🎸🔥 WHAT A WAY TO RELEASE AN ALBUM! 🔥🎸

Friday night was a pretty damn special one at The 40 as we celebrated Matt Cory and the release of HOLLOW SUN! 🌑🎶

A huge congratulations to Matt on the new album — and a massive thank you to The Castagnes, Left of Centre and everyone who hit the stage and helped turn the release into one hell of a show. 🤘🔥

And of course, THANK YOU to everyone who came out, grabbed a cold one, supported live music and helped celebrate Hollow Sun with us. 🍻🖤

There’s something pretty cool about getting to celebrate new original music right here on The 40 stage — and Friday night was a damn good reminder of that. 🎸

Congratulations again, Matt! 🍻🌑
Hollow Sun is officially out in the world. 🔥

❤️🎸 WHAT. A. NIGHT.

Last night’s Reunion reminded us exactly what makes The 40 so damn special.

Familiar faces, old friends, incredible music and a whole lot of memories packed back into one room. 🍻❤️

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came back to hang out, catch up, hit the dance floor and celebrate with us — whether you were part of The 40 years ago or you’re part of it today.

And of course, thank you to everyone who hit the stage and helped bring a little piece of the past back to life. 🎸🔥 The Mike Sacharko Band FUGR ( Chris Kemp ) Clubbing Fraggles Nuthin But Trouble 18 rabbit

AND a very special thank you to Heidi Howarth for bringing this whole Reunion together. ❤️ It was pretty damn cool seeing so many people from different chapters of The 40 back under one roof again — and last night wouldn’t have happened without you.

We may have called it a Reunion… but judging by last night, some things never really go away. ❤️

Thanks for one hell of a night, everyone. 🍻
