Community Notice | Roads Assessment
J. L. Richards & Associates will have 6-8 inspectors to assess community roads across 15 road segments, consisting of asphalt and granular roads. The goal is to:
-Evaluate road conditions.
-Identify maintenance, rehabilitation, and reconstruction needs.
-Prioritize upgrades.
-Develop a deferred maintenance plan.
-Provide planning level cost estimates to support future funding applications.
