For over 3 YEARS chef Dawn has been warming hearts and creating pure magic in our little restaurant. Her east coast hospitality and cuisine have become just a couple things that our guests have come to love and we can’t thank her enough for being part of the lark. Everyday I’ve came to work with Dawn has been a blessing and it pains us to have to say goodbye. Dawns husband has been posted away from the region and she must follow her heart.

Next Friday, August 9, 2024 we will be running a greatest hits menu of dawn’s east coast gems we’ve served over the past couple of years. Please join us over the next week to wish her well.

February 24th marks 2 years since the full scale invasion of Ukraine by russia. We will host two events next week to mark these two long years: a candlelight vigil on the evening of the 24th on Market Square (more details in the link below and in the next post), and a perogie fundraiser on Tuesday Febrarury 20th.

Without giving away the whole surprise, you can expect a fully handmade experience, including a pasta intermezzo, Ontario produce, rabbit, dry-aged/grass fed steak, Italian black truffle, and a saffron dessert to die for!
A Sommelier guided wine pairing, or if you prefer, your own cocktail/wine adventure will be available to purchase on the evening of the event.
