🎯 FLYING MONKEY DART LEAGUE IS BACK! 🎯

Last year was an absolute blast, so we’re bringing Dart League back for another season — and we’d love to add about 4 more players to the crew this year!

The first half of the season kicks off in early October, and we’re currently deciding between Tuesday or Thursday nights. If you’re interested, let us know which night works better for you!

Friday is looking pretty delicious at the Flying Monkey. 🙈🔥

🥩 Our Beef Dip is on special ALL DAY!
Slow-roasted Alberta beef, sliced thin and piled onto a toasted ciabatta, served with rich au jus and our crispy beef-tallow fries.

But tonight… around 5, we’ve got something a little special coming out of the kitchen.

🍷 WINE-BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIB
Tender, fall-apart beef short rib, slowly braised in red wine and served over creamy garlic mashed potatoes with roasted vegetables straight from the garden, finished with a rich demi-glace.

This is proper comfort food — rich, hearty, and exactly what September is calling for.

I’m typically a no pineapple on pizza kind or person. But, the Big Kahuna Burger was such a hit this weekend, we had to find out if it works just as well as a pizza.

So today we’re breaking our own rule.

🔥 THE BIG KAHUNA PIZZA
San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham, bacon, jalapeños & — against our better judgment — pineapple. 🍍😂

Sweet, smoky, salty and spicy. We have to admit this one actually works.

Our dough is proofing now and should be ready around 4PM. We only make a limited amount, and our Thursday pizzas have a habit of disappearing quickly.

We’re working on our new Fall Menu over the next couple of weeks, and there’s one very important decision we think you help should make…

I’ve been wanting to do this one for a while… and it’s a BANGER😱

🔥 LABOUR DAY WEEKEND STARTS AT THE MONKEY! 🔥

We spent pretty much all day yesterday smoking and slow-braising nearly 40 lbs of pork shoulder for today’s feature — and it was worth the wait.

🐷 SMOKED PULLED PORK SANDWICH
Tender, smoky, fall-apart pulled pork piled high on one of our toasted buns, topped with crisp coleslaw, pickles, and our house BBQ sauce.

Served with a pile of our 100% beef-tallow fries. 🍟

🍒 BC CHERRY LEMONADE
One of the favourites of the summer is back for the long weekend — made with fresh BC cherries and available boozy or booze-free.
