We’ve been a little quiet here.

Over the past while, we’ve been carrying the unexpected loss of our sweet girl, Stella. She was so loved and the biggest part of our days, and grieving her has taken more out of us than we expected.

We’re finding our way back, one step at a time. 🤍

Before Dark Horse was ever a thing, before the pizzas, cocktails, and events, it was just an idea I wouldn’t stop talking about.

Gracie was the one who stayed up late with me, listening to every version of it, over and over again. She’s the one who finally said, “Just do it. What are you waiting for?”

She’s also been the guinea pig for every single cocktail, mocktail, and pizza I’ve made, and somehow still cheers me on after all the taste tests. 🍕🍹

Most people don’t see her, but she’s always been in the background helping make the big calls and keeping me grounded through the chaos.

So this one’s for her, the quiet force behind the bar, and the heart that’s been there since day one. ❤️
