This is Wednesdays special and it is pretty delicious! Trixieā€™s versions has some garlic vs dijion, Texas toast vs sour dough and mozza and Swiss vs GruyĆØre but man itā€™s tasty!

Wed. - croque monsieur (grilled ham and Swiss with bĆ©chamel - creamy white sauce). *Iā€™ve never cooked or tried it but looks delicious
Thurs - Greek turkey souvlaki salad (with rice)
Fri - hot beef
Sat - seafood pie (shrimp, cod, scallops in a white sauce topped with mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese oven baked)
