We are beyond grateful for the amazing support our community has shown throughout this past year helping us raise money for the breakfast program at Spring Street Academy 💙

From every fundraiser, event, donation, and show of support — our guests and staff have come together to help make sure local students start their school days with full bellies and ready to learn. 🍎🥞

To our incredible staff: thank you for the hard work, energy, and care you put into every fundraiser we host. Your dedication truly makes a difference.

📍 Part-Time Bartender / Server – Dooly’s Amherst

During our last hiring event, we were fortunate to find a great addition to our team — however, due to continued growth and scheduling needs, we are looking to add ANOTHER part-time bartender/server to our lineup.

We’re looking for someone with a big personality, positive attitude, confidence, and strong people skills to join our team.

This is more than just serving drinks — we’re looking for someone who enjoys creating an atmosphere, talking with guests, building relationships with regulars, learning about new beverages and promotions, and being part of a fast-paced team environment.

The right person:
✔ Enjoys working with the public
✔ Is confident working both independently and with a team
✔ Has a great sense of humor and strong communication skills
✔ Can handle busy environments while staying organized
✔ Takes pride in cleanliness and keeping spaces tidy
✔ Is comfortable handling cash, POS systems, and basic computer tasks
✔ Is reliable and comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
✔ Enjoys being involved in community events, leagues, and fundraising initiatives

Bartending/serving experience is an asset, but personality, work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important to us.

We’re searching for someone who takes real pride in cleaning — someone who notices the things others miss, enjoys creating clean spaces, and understands that the details matter.

This position isn’t just about cleaning. It’s about making sure our building is sparkling clean and guest-ready before the day begins. We need someone dependable, motivated, and comfortable with completing the same tasks consistently while maintaining high standards every single day.

Duties include:
🧼 Interior cleaning & daily upkeep
🏢 Exterior cleaning & maintenance
🍟 Fryer cleaning/upkeep
🔧 Minor maintenance tasks (experience is an asset)
✨ Keeping all areas clean, organized & guest-ready

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Takes pride in quality work
✔ Sees what others overlook
✔ Works well independently
✔ Is reliable & consistent
✔ Is friendly, helpful & eager to work
✔ Enjoys routine and takes satisfaction in a job well done

Important:
➡️ Hours are flexible between 1AM–10AM
➡️ Weekends are required and cannot be booked off
➡️ Flexibility available on other days
