We have to give a HUGE shoutout to the incredible team behind our newest Lobster Fest special! Last night they launched our Lobster Elote Street Tacos with Charred Corn & Jalapeño Crema, and they immediately became our #1 best-selling lobster dish!
Our team pours their heart into every plate that leaves the kitchen, and it shows. Their creativity, passion, and dedication are what make The Truck Stop so special. We truly couldn’t do what we do without each and every one of them.

Lobster Fest is in full swing here in San Pedro, and The Truck Stop is going all out! A huge shoutout to our incredible chefs for creating an amazing lineup of Lobster Fest specials this year! Every dish is crafted with fresh Belizean lobster, premium ingredients, and one thing that truly sets us apart…

🍝 100% of our pasta is handmade in-house. No dried pasta. No shortcuts. Just fresh, house-made pasta prepared from scratch for every guest who joins us during Lobster Fest.

This year’s Slice of Haven specials include:
