Palapa Bar & Grill in Ambergris Caye, Belize, offers classic casual beach bar food and Belizean cuisine, including grass-fed burgers and fresh-caught local fish. Drinks include cold Belikin, unique cocktails and Caribbean-themed bar shots. On land, our famous “Shot Stick” is a crowd-pleaser and an Instagram post waiting to happen.
